RETURNS AND REFUNDS. 

CAN I return my purchased item? Refund and Returns Policy

Not all items purchased from Tents and Racks can be returned for a refund. Items that are not in stock in the Tents and Racks warehouse that need to be ordered from a supplier cannot be returned. We suggest checking with our friendly team prior to ordering if the item is not in stock.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days from when they are received.

Items that are available for return will attract a 15% Return Fee when refunding via your original purchase method. You can opt to instead receive store credit applied to your customer account for 100% of the original purchase price.

Please note any products that have been opened, test fitted, damaged, packaging or contents lost or damaged will NOT be accepted for return. Refund and Returns Policy

Also note shipping costs in your original purchase will not be refunded.

If the part supplied doesn’t fit the vehicle or intended purpose specified by us, we’ll happily pay for return shipping and provide a full refund or exchange.

CANCELLING ORDERS

Not all items purchased from Tents and Racks can be cancelled.

Items that are not in stock in the Tents and Racks warehouse that need to be ordered from a supplier cannot be cancelled once they are in transit.

Items that are made to order or procured for an individual order cannot be cancelled once manufacture has begun production.

TRANSACTIONAL COSTS

Due to the associated transactional costs from the use of some payment methods, any order cancelled using these payment methods will attract a 6% processing fee, order processed using paypal will incur a 2.5% fee.

Swapping to another product with Tents and Racks will not attract any cancellation fee. Please note that cancellation fees if applicable is added to the return fee. Refund and Returns Policy

HOW do I return my purchased item?

Firstly you will need to contact us by phone or email to require a return for your item. If we approve your return request, you will be provided with an RMA number. Use this as your reference number in all future communication with us regarding your return.

Once you are given an RMA number by us, you will then be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Ensure you use a courier service with tracking capabilities and insurance options. Ensure the item is packaged well and securely and will not deteriorate or get damaged. The item must be returned in perfect original condition including its original packaging for a return to complete. Affix the RMA Number and our address to the package.

WHEN will the refund be applied?

Upon receiving the item, we will process the return within 48 hours. Once completed you will be advised of the return approval status.

Once approved for refund your selected refund method will be processed.
